KinkLife is a respectful, inclusive BDSM dating platform. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Pornography or sexually explicit images
• Real-world violence, threats, or intimidation
• Harassment, hate speech, racism, or discrimination
• Soliciting money, spamming, or advertising
• Impersonation or fraudulent behavior
• Any illegal activity

Important Notice About BDSM Roleplay Content:

KinkLife is a platform for adults exploring consensual BDSM interests. Users may post or describe mild content related to role-play scenarios involving simulated control, restraint, or non-realistic verbal threats. These depictions must be clearly understood as fictional, consensual roleplay and not real acts of violence or aggression.

We have zero tolerance for any posts or behavior that involve real violence, abuse, threats, or non-consensual content. Violators will be banned and reported.

1. Introduction

Welcome to KinkLife ("we", "us", or the "Company"). By accessing or using the KinkLife mobile application and services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use signifies acceptance of the latest version.

2. Membership and Subscriptions

KinkLife uses a VIP membership model via Apple and Google in-app purchases. Subscribing unlocks all app features. Non-subscribers may have limited access to features such as viewing visitors or likes.

All subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google, based on your device platform.

3. Payments and Cancellations

• Payment is processed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play Store.
• If you are dissatisfied with your subscription, you may contact us at support@kinklifes.com during the active subscription period to request a refund.
• Refunds are generally not available for subscriptions that are already expired or fully used.
• All cancellations must be made via your Apple or Google account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

4. Account Information and Deletion

To register, you must provide accurate and truthful information, including:

• Email
• Username
• Gender
• Age (18+ required)
• BDSM role
• Sexual orientation
• Photos

You may delete your account anytime via the in-app delete function or by contacting support@kinklifes.com.

5. Eligibility and Legal Use

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your region)
• You confirm you are not prohibited by law from using dating or BDSM services
• You confirm you have never been convicted of a felony or required to register as a sex offender

6. Ownership and License

All intellectual property within the KinkLife Services—including designs, code, trademarks, logos, text, and visual elements—is owned by the Company or licensed to it.

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the KinkLife app for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without written permission.

Any feedback or suggestions you submit may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

7. Usage Rules

You are responsible for your behavior and content on the app. You may not:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Post illegal, misleading, or harmful content
• Violate privacy by posting someone else's information without permission
• Use bots, scrapers, or automation
• Interfere with the app's functionality or security

8. User Content and Submissions

You retain ownership of your own content. By posting, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for service functionality.

You must have all rights and consents for anything you post. You are responsible for what you share and how you interact.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and device secure. Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.

10. Third-Party Services and Ads

KinkLife may include ads or links to third-party services. We are not responsible for external content or services.

11. Termination

We may suspend or delete your account for any Terms violation. Terminated accounts may lose access to unused time, and refunds may not be issued.

12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee availability or accuracy. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months or $50 USD, whichever is greater.

13. Arbitration and Governing Law

All disputes related to these Terms or the use of the KinkLife Services shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration in Hong Kong, under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English before a single professional arbitrator mutually agreed upon by both parties.

The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. By using the Services, you agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles
